This vast site is as diverse as it is spacious, offering 444 acres of open outdoor space including an airfield, a Experience and Test track, beautiful photographic backdrops and several covered indoor venue spaces. In addition to the vast outdoor space, the monolithic 1936 C-Type hangar provides 45,000 ft of indoor space under a single span steel roof, which measures 11 metres to the bottom of the roof structure. The airfield is approx. 350 acres and offers well-drained flat grass, perfect for parking or for large productions.
Located centrally within the Historic Technical Site, Building 123 offers several meeting rooms, a client entertainment space and a fabulous roof terrace. The interiors are inspired by the broad RAF History of the site and the motoring culture surrounding the building.

Founded in 2013 Bicester Heritage has gone from a standing start to a home for over 50 specialist businesses, which form a unique ecosystem formerly RAF Bicester a WW2 RAF bomber training station.
The first centre of excellence dedicated to historic motoring, restoring the site for modern purpose and created for a thriving hub of industry geared to supporting the wider motoring community.
The site is now of national historical importance. neglected for the best part of 40 years, it was added to historic England’s ‘at risk register’ in 2008 and designated the ‘most at risk’ of all defence estates in the UK.
Since Bicester Heritage’s tenure, over 95% of the buildings have been delicately restored or re-activated for modern business use, and the site is now held as a national exemplar of constructive conservation by historic England. The time-warp-like base is truly unmatched in evocative character, even the paint colours are correct to 1930s British standards and the active airfield and test track complete this dynamic destination.
