Woodland Manor is large Victorian farm/manor house sitting in grounds of 25 acres. These ground provide a quiet and varied landscape (open meadowland, woodland, streams and lakes).
Located away from road noise near to Dartmoor and Tavistock, close to the West Devon/Cornwall border. 10-15 mins drive from the A30 Dual Carriageway (links directly to the M5 at Exeter with its mainline train station and international airport). The town of Tavistock is a well preserved Georgian market town, and has won the UK's "Market Town of the Year". Also nearby is the village of Lydford, with its spectacular gorge, and the rugged landscape of Dartmoor. Beaches in both Devon and Cornwall are within an hour's drive.
The house itself is built of granite block and is set over 4 floors with flexible rooms as well as several outbuildings.

Woodland Manor itself has been refurbished to a high standard over recent times and provides a variety of spaces including a large kitchen/diner, a cinema room, more traditional "cottage feel" rooms with log burners, and many with spectacular views. There is a large balcony accessed by full width bi-fold doors from the kitchen/diner.
On site there is a gym, stable block and detached studio. Use of an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, and large stable/menage could be arranged by separate negotiation with the management company that owns these facilities (which neighbour the property).

Woodland Manor provides a flexible space with little, if any external noise.
Located over 4 stories (although the top floor single bedroom will usually be reserved for storage for the owners) there are 3 additional en-suite bedrooms, 2-3 additional bedrooms (depending on configuration), a large kitchen/diner, snug (with log burner), dining room (with log burner) and large orangery type reception hall with oak beams and log burner, enjoying spectacular views. There is a separate studio with shower room/loo (ideal for crew facilities), a gym and a large wooden stable block (currently used as workshops).
There is a large lake cabin with jetty (no power). The 26 acres of land are largely away from public access and include multiple areas of woodland (some classed as "ancient"), grassland, streams, ponds/lakes, glades and rides.
