The Cottage is less than 50 minutes from Central London and easily accessible from the M40. Princes Risborough Rail Station is 8 minutes away and runs into Marylebone within 42 minutes. The 20 acre smallholding runs alongside The Ridgeway National Trail which affords stunning views.

The Cottage is quirky and distinctive and has many original features including the original cruck beams in the master bedroom. The house is unlisted and has an Inglenook fireplace with bread oven, original wooden beams and trusses and is thatched with clay tiles set over the windows. It faces towards the Ridgeway with landmark views and has a wild flower meadow comprising 20 acres. There are many outbuildings - equestrian and agricultural including a horse arena. Two timber cottages on site which provide B&B and self catered accommodation.
