Valberg’s most luxurious catered Ski-in Ski-out Chalet
Monaco is 1 hour 20 minutes by car with Nice as the International Airport. The Chalet is ideally located, close to the heart of the town, just a few minutes walk to the central village square, yet its position is adjacent to the ski-fields allowing guest to ski in and ski out, down to the nearest ski lift 1 minute away.

This vast site is as diverse as it is spacious, offering 444 acres of open outdoor space including an airfield, a Experience and Test track, beautiful photographic backdrops and several covered indoor venue spaces. In addition to the vast outdoor space, the monolithic 1936 C-Type hangar provides 45,000 ft of indoor space under a single span steel roof, which measures 11 metres to the bottom of the roof structure. The airfield is approx. 350 acres and offers well-drained flat grass, perfect for parking or for large productions.
Located centrally within the Historic Technical Site, Building 123 offers several meeting rooms, a client entertainment space and a fabulous roof terrace. The interiors are inspired by the broad RAF History of the site and the motoring culture surrounding the building.

The property sleeps 22 people across 8 bedrooms in total, including a Master Suite, an extra large room featuring a stone fireplace, walk in wardrobe, mountain views and balcony. The room amenities include a king sized bed, double-sink bathroom, heated steam room, shower and separate toilet.
There are Six Double Bedrooms, all with En Suites and two of those double bedrooms have additional bunk bed Alcoves with 2 bunk beds each as well as a bunk room with 4 single beds, a fun room to share with friends after a day on the slope. The Bunk room has an endless supply of board games and toys for children of the house.
The top floor also has two small bedrooms for use by in-house staff with own shower and toilet.
